Aaron Carr

Aaron is a Seattle-based Black queer community builder/ artist/ and cultural producer working alongside passionate individuals, collectives, organizations to create space for anti-racist action. Aaron is devoted to ensuring all stakeholders in the process feel seen, valued, and supported in understanding their place in our collective fight for liberation - especially folx who hold identities situated furthest from justice.
After spending 10 years of their life serving communities across the nation in various non-profits and organizational roles - Aaron specializes in overseeing organizational vision work , building out human-centered coaching practices that inspire innovation and root solutions, and consulting around community-centered program design. When Aaron isn’t using their strong vision to make change in the system, you’ll find them jamming and making music, producing community events, or practicing a DJ set for the next party they’re working.
